Day 01: Delhi
Arrival at Delhi and after the warm greetings by our tour representative, your transfer arrangement will be made to board at train which leaves from Safdarjung Station at Delhi for Gaya. Dinner will be served onboard train.
Day 02: Gaya
On your arrival at Gaya, you'll be transferred to hotel where breakfast will be served. Relax for a while and later you will visit many tourist attractions of Bodhgaya including the Bodhgaya temples. You'll be served your lunch and dinner at the hotel where your overnight stay arrangement is also made.
Day 03: Rajgir Nalanda
Enjoy morning environment of religious city of Gaya. After getting refreshment, sumptuous breakfast will be served to you. Later you will be drive for your next spiritual tourist destination Rajgir and Nalanda. Enjoy visiting the many famous spots of both the cities. Later come back to Gaya to board the train for your onward journey to the holy city Varanasi.
Day 04: Varanasi
Today, you have arrived at the most spiritual city of India. On arrival at Varanasi, you'll be transferred to hotel where you'll freshen up. You will be served breakfast at the hotel. You will enjoy entire day sightseeing tour of Varanasi including Sarnath. Your lunch as well as dinner arrangements will be made in classical hotel. In the evening, you will be drive for Gorakhpur.
Day 05: Gorakhpur – Khusinagar
On your arrival at Gorakhpur, your transfer arrangements have been made in hotel. You will be served breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for the day sightseeing. From there you will be drive to the Khusinagar pilgrimage sites. This is another Buddhist important site where Lord Buddha breathed his last life. The arrangements for the lunch and dinner have been made by us. Overnight stay arrangement is made at the hotel in Gorakhpur.
Day 06: Gorakhpur - Lumbini - Gorakhpur
Your early morning wake-up arrangement will be made by tour operator to drive for the next destination of your tour. Take morning breakfast at hotel in Gorakhpur. Later you will be drive for a tour of Lumbini which is situated in Nepal. Enjoy your presence at the birth place of Lord Buddha. Later you will be drive for Gonda from Gorakhpur.
Day 07: Gonda - Sravasti – Gonda
On your arrival at Gonda, your transfer arrangements have been made in hotel where you get fresh first whereas we make arrangements for your breakfast. Your full day sightseeing tour arrangement will be made to visit another Buddhist concern destination –Sravasti. It has the worth of being a place where the Buddha preached most of his sermons. It is said about this place that Buddha has performed many miracles, and levitated. During the monsoon, he used to stay at the Jetavana monastery on the outskirts of this town. Afterwards, we get back to Gonda as we have to leave for Agra by train.
Day 08: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra – Delhi
On your arrival at Agra, your transfer arrangements have been made in hotel where you get fresh first whereas we make arrangements for your breakfast. Be prepared for entire day sightseeing tour to Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. Here you will see illustrious Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. The Taj Mahal, a symbol of eternal love of a Mughal king and his queen which is counted as a world’s wonder and it is also known as world’s heritage site and considered as the most beautiful historic monument in the world. Also visit Fatehpur-Sikri where you will see amazing Bulund Darwaza - the largest gateway in the world, and the Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti, a renowned Sufi saint of India. You'll be served lunch during the day after which you'll leave Agra for Delhi. In Delhi you'll arrive at Safdarjung station at about 1800 hrs. Maha Parinirvan Special Train Tour ends here. Later our representative will make your airport transfer arrangement to board your return flight back to your own destination.
