Day 01 Arrival at Mumbai:
On your arrival at Mumbai, you will be received with warm welcome by our Lotus Path Tour representative. You will be greeted and then will be transferred to hotel. Later, enjoy a sightseeing of Mumbai visiting Prince of Wales Museum, Gandhi Museum, Flora Fountain, Marine Drive and Elephanta Caves. Relax and stay overnight at the hotel in Mumbai.
Day 02 Mumbai- Aurangabad:
Check out from hotel and fly for Aurangabad. Check in to at hotel and after some rest, plan a visit to Ellora Caves. The 12 caves to the south are Buddhist, the 17 in the centre dedicated to Hinduism, and the 5 caves to the north are Jain. You will also visit the famous Bibi-Ka-Maqbara and Aurangabad Caves Stay overnight at the hotel and relax.
Day 03 Aurangabad – Sanchi- Bhopal:
On third day of Lotus Path Tour, you will be transferred to railway station to board an overnight train to Bhopal. Check in to at hotel on arrival and later drive to Sanchi. You will enjoy an unforgettable Buddhist excursion of Sanchi, famous for its grand Sanchi Stupa. Enjoy your rest of time at leisure. Return back to Bhopal for overnight stay in hotel.
Day 04 Bhopal- Agra:
Arrive at Agra and check into the hotel. Visit Agra at a glance; spend your free time in leisure at evening and stay overnight in hotel.
Day 05 Agra-Varanasi:
Take morning breakfast and enjoy full day sightseeing tour of Agra and visit enchanting Taj Mahal, the symbol of eternal love of a Mughal king and his queen which is counted as a world’s wonder. Later, drive to see the Agra Fort built by Akbar. In evening, you will be transferred to Railway Station for overnight train journey to Varanasi.
Day 6 Varanasi:
On arrival at Varanasi, you will be checked in to hotel. Take Morning breakfast and enjoy your full day sightseeing tour to explore Varanasi very enthusiastically. You will visit the river Ganga, some famous temples and excursion to Sarnath, which is the spiritual centre of Buddhism. You will see famous Dhamaekha Stupa, Moolgandha Kuti Vihar and famous Sarnath museum having rich collection of antiques from Ancient India. Your overnight stay arrangement is in Varanasi.
Day 7 Varanasi-Bodhgaya:
Take early morning visit to lively Ghats of the Ganges to enjoy the religious culture of Varanasi and later proceed to Bodhgaya. Check into the hotel, on arrival at Bodhgaya. Relax and stay overnight at hotel in Bodhgaya.
Day 08: Bodhgaya:
Take morning breakfast and visit the sacred Mahabodhi Temple - where the Buddha attained enlightenment under a Bodhi Tree. Afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Bodhgaya visiting Niranjana River, Sujata Village and many beautiful monasteries. At evening, visit the Mahabodhi Temple for prayer. Your overnight stay arrangement is in Bodhgaya.
Day 09: Bodhgaya:
You are at Bodhgaya for one more Day to explore other tourist attraction places. Today you will visit Great Buddha Statue, Mahakala (Dungeswari) cave, Vajrasana, Animeshlocan Chaiyata, Bodhi Sarovar, Vishnupada Temple, Archaeological Museum of Bodhgaya, Japanese Buddha Temple, Thai temple and many more. Enjoy your evening as a free time as per your wish. You can also spend some time in shopping at Bodhgaya. Your overnight stay arrangement is in Bodhgaya.
Day 10: Bodhgaya -Patna:
On the last day of your Lotus Path Tour, your will be drive to Patna. Check-in to the hotel on arrival. Later enjoy full day sightseeing tour to explore the many tourist destinations of Patna. You will visit places such as Takht Shri Harmandir Saheb, Hanuman Temple near Patna Junction, Kumhrar (the place was the seat of Chandrgupta Maurya, the ruler of Magadh), Patna Museum, Golghar and Patna Planetarium (the largest Planetarium in Asia). Your overnight stay is arranged at a hotel in Patna
Day 11: (Departure):
Today, our representative will make your airport transfer arrangement ((either Kolkata or Delhi) to board your return flight back to your own destination. Enjoy the sweet memory of your wonderful Lotus Path Tour in India.
